SHIPPING INFORMATION

At Bowen Archery, we understand how important it is to receive your archery equipment quickly and efficiently. That's why we offer a range of shipping options to meet your needs.  At checkout you will find a drop down box to allow you to choose your preferred shipping option. We use reliable couriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

Delivery options are :

Standard = 2 - 4 Days

Next Day = 1 - 2

Highland & Islands = 3 - 5 Days

 

RETURNS

Upon receipt of your kit, If you find any damage or missing components, please get in touch with us and we will replace these items free of charge.

 

We are confident that our equipment is designed to last,  If your equipment develops a fault, please let us know and we will work with you to remedy the issue in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015..  Please email us at info@bowenarchery.co.uk with a description of the problem and where possible, send photographs to explain the problem.

If it is necessary to return the equipment to us to for evaluation please get in touch with us so that we can create a returns authorisation request note to ensure that we can trace the batch and customer order.  We will ask you to cover the cost of return postage.   If the fault is confirmed, the item will be replaced and we will refund reasonable (2nd Class Postage), to you.

We would not consider the kit to be faulty if it has been subject to modifications, miss-use, or impact damage.
